What You'll Do
Support the launch and execution of a new accelerator program for Japanese climate tech startups aiming to expand globally
​
Assist in identifying and vetting global partners, customers, and investors for participating startups
​
Prepare for and participate in coaching sessions​
​
Support investment memos, technical reviews, and stakeholder interviews
​
Assist in startup–corporate engagement via our Japan Climate Connect (JCC) accelerator platform
Who should apply?
We welcome diverse backgrounds and disciplines. Ideal candidates will have:
Current MBA or graduate student with a strong interest in VC, startups, and climate innovation; or in consulting or similar with ability to work as an extern
Strong analytical and communication skills
Background in engineering, business, finance, or energy/climate
Business-level or fluency in English and Japanese
